Modern Meets Luxury for this Home
At this luxurious residence, the owner wanted to create a more modern space, starting with the family room. Our approach focused on updating key areas to blend contemporary style with the home’s existing charm. When a space is outdated, the solution isn’t as simple as replacing the accessories and furniture within it. We make sure to look at the space holistically. Even a small piece of décor can be the thing that ties a room together.
From customized furniture to upgraded lighting, each element was carefully chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout the space.
Sectional Couch
We customized a sectional to fit their existing space with a beautiful white fabric.
Rustic Centerpiece
We added a custom coffee table created out of metal with a live edge insert with a dark stain.
Updated Lighting
We upgraded lighting in the house for a more modern look and feel.
Additional Seating Area
We created a bistro table setting for additional seating and used the same barstools that we used to accent the bar and kitchen areas.
Updated Sitting Area
We transformed the outdated living room into a sleek bar area, featuring four club chairs, a hide rug, and leather-detailed lighting. A bar cart and curated accessories completed the redesign, along with new double roller shades for the windows.
